Prince Harry, 36, served in the armed forces for 10 years and earned several military ranks during his career. However, the Duke also held several ceremonial military titles in his role as a senior royal which he has had to relinquish since stepping back. Harry drew on his military past in a new statement endorsing Australian mental health initiative Peak Fortem.
In his 40-year policing career, Graham Ashton attended way too many funerals of colleagues who took their lives.

Ever since Prince Harry made mental heath issues one of the cornerstones of his work, he has led a number of initiatives to improve the wellbeing of people around the world. Peak Fortem is a free resource kit that offers videos and tools to help with mental health struggles and guidance to make positive changes. Their digital toolkit, based on a project founded by Harry in the U.K., is underpinned by thoroughly-researched psychological models that have been developed especially for first responders.
