Calvin Abueva is excited to be once again teammates with Ian Sangalang now that he’s a member of the Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok.
Abueva’s transfer from the Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters to the Hotshots allowed him to reunite with Sangalang, a fellow member of the famed “Pinatubo Trio” formed together with Ronald Pascual at San Sebastian College.
“Dati pa kasi alam na namin na siyempre since college magkasangga kayo, tapos dito pag draft niyo hindi mo alam kung magkakampi pa kayo o hindi na,” Abueva said when asked in Wednesday’s 2OT program.
