A CLOSE female associate of Real IRA killer Sean Connolly was fighting for her life last night after being blasted at her home.
The innocent woman, 30, who’s not involved in crime, was shot in the chest and arm in her apartment at Bernard Curtis House flats complex in Bluebell, Dublin, yesterday.

She was rushed to St James’ Hospital and last night underwent surgery.
She remains in a serious condition in hospital today, gardai said.
A man later presented himself to St James’ Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm and is also undergoing treatment.
A probe is now being run by detectives from Kevin Street and Kilmainham Garda stations.

A woman shot and wounded in a gun attack in Dublin on Saturday has undergone surgery and remains seriously ill in hospital after the attack.
The victim, who has no involvement in crime or dissident republicanism, was shot at a flat in the Bernard Curtis House complex in Bluebell, Dublin 8, at about 1pm on Saturday.
A man who was in the flat at the time was also wounded, though he managed to flee the scene. He was not as seriously injured as the woman and he was able to present himself later on Saturday for medical treatment.
