With its grand unveiling currently set for early May, the sweeping Sky Deck project coming to Del Mar Highlands Town Center has officially finalized its food lineup. Inspired by Barcelona’s El Nacional, the 20,000-square-foot, two-level project is configured as nine full-service restaurants that happen to share one roof, rather than a food hall with individual stalls and communal seating.
In addition to the eateries, each with dedicated dining areas, there will also be a central cocktail bar and an outdoor terrace with three beer tasting rooms housed on an outdoor terrace.
