LIAM ALISTAIR LEARMAN, 29 of The Green in Redcar was committed to prison for 12 months suspended for 24 months after damaging a Perspex screen and a bottle of gin to the value of £140 from The Pig and Whistle, assaulting a man causing actual bodily harm, threatened someone and assaulted two police constables. The defendant pleaded guilty and was made to pay £630 in compensation, £128 to victim services and £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
