104名后备干部为基层发展注入“青年力”     扎根家乡3年，从不适应到得心应手，1994年出生的刘倩找到了奋斗的方向，在工作中有了满满的获得感。     刚开始，刘倩觉得所学专业知识与“街道”“基层”这样的字眼和场景一点都搭不上，但没想到，在一次次组织活动中，她学的专业技能还真派上了用场。     那一年，高刘街道打造后备干部为主体的志愿服务队，吸纳成员70人，常态化开展慰问留守儿童、孤寡老人、文明劝导等活动。     活动前，刘倩负责设计活动主题、方案、队服、LOGO等，她还利用自己专业能力，拍摄、剪辑活动剪影视频，上传到公众号和网站。     “每个月最少开展两到三次活动，参与主体都是年轻人，沟通起来很方便。最近，我们和各个村居的团支部一起开展了党史宣讲、红色故事挖掘活动。”刘倩说。
