Charles Leclerc is developing into a leader at Ferrari, revealed team principal Mattia Binotto who went as far as to liken their homegrown Young Gun to the Scuderia’s greatest driver Michael Schumacher.
Although the legendary German arrived at Maranello already a double F1 World Champion and older then than Leclerc is now, nevertheless, Binotto sees many similarities between the two.
In an interview with F1’s Beyond the Grid, Binotto explained, “Both are very talented drivers. I think that Charles is one driver that is certainly a talent; he’s fast, he’s capable of overtaking, he’s fantastic in protecting the position.

This is not a Ferrari bashing exercise! Quite the contrary, I really want them to succeed this year. In fact, they have to succeed this year and not in 202-whatever that the team has set as the goal to return to the top.
Unfortunately, that is out of their hands it seems, so for the purpose of this piece, we are going to assume that they find that magic button or handbrake that produced the Ferrari SF1000, arguably their worst car ever.
This is a clean canvas for the new year. No doubt it is a great honour for drivers to don the red suits of the Scuderia but, now more than ever, they too have a huge responsibility on their hands.

For aspiring real estate agents, more time in a supporting role can be the best thing for your career, according to an up-and-coming director.
In a recent episode of the Secrets of the Top 100 Agents podcast, Marshall.Chan.Yahl director William Chan acknowledged that for many young workers in the real estate industry, the temptation to be a standalone agent when they are starting to produce results can be strong.
But he would encourage agents against taking the career leap too soon, expressing the belief that “more time in a support role is actually a good thing”.
