The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the part of the already infamous Ashland Locke has been cast – and he’ll be played by a face familiar to some soap fans.
According to Deadline, Richard Burgi has been cast as Ashland aka “The Locke-ness Monster” and will be making his debut in the recurring role on March 11.
Burgi had brief roles on One Life to Live, Another World and As the World Turns in the ‘80s – followed by a substantial one on as Phillip Collier on Days of Our Lives in the early ‘90s.
Of course, General Hospital fans will recall Burgi from his 2014-2016 stint playing serial killer Paul Hornsby. It’ll be great to see Burgi take on another scary soap role now that he’s confirmed to be portraying Y&R’s Ashland Locke.
