McRae Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MCRAA and MCRAB) reported consolidated net revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2021 of $18,939,000 as compared to $22,674,000 for the first quarter of fiscal 2020. Net earnings for the first quarter of fiscal 2021 amounted to $494,000, or $0.21 per diluted Class A common share as compared to $992,000, or $0.42 per diluted Class A common share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2020.
