Collins was one of about 15 volunteers, some employees of Shelby County Government and others members of Mayor Lee Harris newly formed COVID-19 community council, who took to the streets of South Memphis in the Get the Facts, Trust the Vax” campaign Friday, our Katherine Burgess reports.
