Các đơn hàng đặt qua ứng dụng Be sẽ được giao cả nội quận và liên quận theo đúng thời gina quy định của Nhà nước. Be sẽ chỉ giao những mặt hàng thiết yếu. Trường hợp khách hàng đặt dịch vụ giao hàng/ đi chợ hộ nhưng không phải mặt hàng thiết yếu, tài xế sẽ chủ động từ chối và hủy đơn để đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy định của pháp luật.
