Civic and military leaders attending the flag raising ceremony at Neasham Road AN event has been staged to celebrate those give up their spare time to serve in the Reserve Forces despite the traditional town centre Armed Forces week ceremony being cancelled due to the pandemic. The Mayor of Darlington Cyndi Hughes and Darlington MP Peter Gibson were among the guests attending a flag raising ceremony hosted by 50 Northern Signal Squadron and the the Royal Signals Northern Band at Bradford Armoury Reserve Centre, on Neasham Road. The event saw briefings by leading officers and the band playing regimental marches, the National Anthem and Corps march.
