A motivating morning bootcamp, workshops, talks and sessions to cover all aspects of taking care of yourself was a welcome treat for the team. Etch, the leading digital consultancy firm held its team getaway festival at Gambledown Farm, Romsey last week. The staff retreat was held over two days, 8 and 9 July and dozens of the firms’ employees plus a wider network of freelancers, contractors and suppliers celebrated being able to get together after remote working.

A Co Antrim Army cadet lieutenant is to be honoured with a Point of Light award from the Prime Minister. Lieutenant Stephen Lyons from Ballymoney, who led his unit during the pandemic delivering food parcels to the vulnerable, will receive the recognition from Boris Johnson on Friday. He joined the Army Cadet Force 11 years ago after a long career in the reserve army and has been described as having “changed the lives of many of his cadets at his detachment”.
