Dorset Theatre Festival has announced the launch of its new Commissioning and Fellowship Program, welcoming returning director Jade King Carroll as Resident Artist, who will design and oversee this program in collaboration with Artistic Director Dina Janis. Carroll will also work with Janis in producing the Festival s new StageFree Audio Plays.

The musical revue “Rodgers & Hart” ran for 130 performances on Broadway in 1975, but for one participant, it created a lifetime of memories.
Stage and screen actress Barbara Andres will share her experiences as a cast member in the production saluting the show tunes of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart in an online program titled “My Funny World With Rodgers and Hart.” Hosted by Two River Theater of Red Bank, it will be streamed 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9.
