Havre Police Department Brandon Lee Weaselboy of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the police station Wednesday at 9:42 a.m. Larissa Marie Floren of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on charges of dog at large and vicious dog after a Sixth Street caller made a complaint Wednesday at 7:10 p.m. about two dogs running loose. A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 8:11 p.m. that a pickup truck sideswiped another vehicle.

Havre Police Department Officers assisted Cascade County law enforcement after they called Monday at 11:27 a.m. for assistance looking for a runaway. Anjelica Open Eyes Denny of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on charges of burglary to a residence, partner or family member assault, assault and criminal mischief vandalism and on two Justice or City court warrants after Denny called Monday at 12:45 p.m. asking for assistance for an assault on Second Street. CORNWALL – The Cornwall and area real estate market continued to smash records in April.
The Cornwall and District Real Estate Board says there were 201 homes sold for nearly $72 million – more than double the number of homes sold in April last year.
In the first four months of this year, 615 homes have changed hands – an 80 per cent increase from the same period last year.
Board President Troy Vaillancourt says the market has been buoyed by a “sustained increase in new listings” in recent months, even though inventory is razor thin with less than a month of inventory available based on the current sales pace.

Havre Police Department Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at the police station 8 a.m. Monday. Small was arrested at 8 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center. Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and trespass to property after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 8:56 a.m. that an unknown man had walked into the house.

Four additional Royal Canadian Legion branches in SDG will be receiving financial support from the federal government to cope with pandemic-related expenses and revenue shortfalls.
Stormont Dundas South Glengarry MP Eric Duncan released the information on Monday afternoon, indicating legion branches in Morrisburg, Iroquois, Winchester, and Finch will each receive $10,845 through the Veterans Organizations Emergency Support Fund.
