My wife and I have earned the friendly designation as an elderly couple. She has also earned the designation as survivor more than three years of problems with illness, two hip replacements and a fractured leg. And now, with illness shunted to the background we are here to celebrate being here. That means physical exercise. We have been blessed with a winter season that has permitted us to be out walking, not rapidly, but outside in fresh winter air, walking.
