Free Concert Series Kicks Off June 4 at My Favorite Temple Park
Miller Park in Temple is one of my favorite places in the world.
I m not even kidding. I love the duck pond, the grass, the walking trails, the pavilions.all of it. Have since I was a kiddo.
It s just everything a park ought to be, and on Friday it ll be filled with the sounds of awesome 80 s music as the City of Temple and H-E-B kick off this year s Hot Summer Sounds concert series.
The first band to take the stage in the series will be 80 s obsession, aka Dead Love Club. They re going to bring the best 80 s sounds to Temple, including, I m told, some great New Wave hits.
