(WECT) - The parents of a young woman murdered Halloween night are asking the community to light a candle Sunday, Dec. 13. 23-year-old Carly Rae Baron was shot and killed Halloween night following a verbal altercation that became violent after a traffic crash. The shooting happened in the 3600 block of Wrightsville Avenue. Mark and Crystal Baron, Carly’s parents, are hoping the Wilmington community will light a candle in memory of their daughter.
