More bear sightings prompt another warning from Trumbull police

TRUMBULL Police are again urging residents to be alert and take precautions after several recent bear sightings in town, including a mother and cubs.
The latest reports were made Wednesday morning.
Police and animal control officers responded to calls about multiple bear sightings on Deer Run Road and Putting Green Road.
One caller reported a bear seen getting very close to a house, another reported a bear near a residential swimming pool.
