guilty of uttering untruths. Moreover, I recognize that all Republicans are not climate deniers, just as all Democrats are not environmental defenders.
I want to be clear about where I stand on bi-partisan action because what I’m about to say will sound like I’m painting all Republicans with the same brush. It’s not my intention.

State Farm Wants Out Of CBD Retailer s Contract Suit Defense
Law360 (May 6, 2021, 8:28 PM EDT) A State Farm unit has filed suit in California federal court seeking a declaration that it has no duty to defend a CBD retailer in an underlying action alleging it breached a contract granting it the right to sell certain products and use certain trademarks.
State Farm General Insurance Co. argued in Wednesday s complaint that under the terms of its policy with The Natural Solutions LLC and its member Michelle Pina, it does not have to defend or indemnify the retailer in the underlying suit it is facing from CBD maker SunFlora Inc.

House Republicans introduced a new climate agenda that promotes fossil fuels and speculative technologies, while leaving out real emissions reduction targets.
On April 19, Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy announced the beginning of a week-long campaign to promote the Republican âalternativeâ climate agenda. âDemocrats often dismiss Republicans as being disinterested in addressing global climate change. This is just false,â he said in a video posted to Twitter.
In the video, he announced the roll-out of roughly three dozen bills that âfocus on solutions that make American energy cleaner, more affordable, and also reduce emissions around the world.â
