Reply PHOENIXVILLE, PA Two candidates ran on the Democratic ballot to fill a single Middle Ward Borough Council seat in Phoenixville in Tuesday s Primary Election in Pennsylvania, as Tracy Lee Tackett challenged incumbent Beth Burckley. Races for other Phoenixville Borough Council seats were uncontested, with the exception of the Middle Ward race between Burckley and Tackett. Primary Election results in that race were in favor of Burckley.
