Mr Fahour, who is now the managing director of Latitude Financial Services, bought the home named Invergowrie for $22million in 2013.
He s since pumped millions of dollars into the home which has been snapped up by Angela Tomisich, the co-founder of scientific and medical company Trajan Group.
Mr Fahour had listed the home back in 2018 for a few months before taking it off the market.
The main house has six living rooms including a former chapel which has been transformed into a billiards room.
The property features four buildings including the main house, a seperate guest house, a cottage and six-car garage, along with a tennis court
