Those charges remain before the courts and a tentative trial date has been set for October.
Investigators at the time those charges were laid encouraged other complainants to come forward.
Police on Friday announced Vergara was arrested Thursday and charged with two more counts of sexual assault involving workers at the east-end massage parlour between 2003 and 2004.
“As a direct result of the public appeal . . . additional victims have come forward and more charges have been laid,” Const. Sandasha Bough said.
Vergara is scheduled to appear in court May 5.
Court records show Vergara has a conviction from 1996 for communication for the purpose of prostitution. He was fined $300.
