Linebacker Demario Davis upgraded the defense of the New Orleans Saints to one of the league s better units when he signed as a free agent in 2018. Underrated in national circles, Davis is one of the NFL s best defensive players at any position. He s led the Saints in tackles the last three years, helped bolster one of the league s best run defenses, and has provided standout pass coverage.

20 Kenya Hunter is a wise man, which is another way of saying he doesn’t often tweet. The Indiana men’s basketball staffer averaged roughly one post per month from September until the beginning of April. Frankly, he had a lot going on. There was the matter of settling in to Bloomington as a professional and a family man, of getting up to speed in his first year as an assistant coach under Archie Miller following a pandemic that made it impossible to do pretty much all of the stuff assistant coaches do during the summer, of figuring out whether there would even be a college basketball season. Then, of course, there was the Hoosiers’ actual 2020-21 season, one that began with promise but eventually unraveled, a 12-15 shambles bad enough to cost Hunter’s boss his job.
Julius Randle is playing at an All-NBA level. Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports
The hottest team in the NBA right now are the New York Knickerbockers. Behind the play of Julius Randle, the Knicks are on an eight-game win streak. The play of Randle in the last month or so has been astounding. His line from last night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks was a total of 40 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists. The group that the Knicks have put together is the most unlikely to be on this run, but with just four weeks until the playoffs, it is time to notice.

The Indiana Hoosiers have a long and illustrious history when it comes to producing NBA stars. Isiah Thomas is the most famous of all the former Hoosiers who made it big in basketball s big league. The 12-time NBA All-Star is the man all budding Hoosiers look to emulate.
No Hoosiers were selected for the 2020 or 2021 NBA Draft, but a host of players were drafted between 2013-19 who are active for major NBA franchises today.
Cody Zeller
Cody Zeller played for the Indiana Hoosiers during the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons before being snapped up by the Charlotte Hornets as the fourth overall pick at the start of the 2013 season. The Hornets are never fancied for glory by those using the best NBA betting sites, but Zeller is doing everything he possibly can to change that, and regularly shines for the franchise.
