Roads and streets are slick and water-logged after a night of rain in the Hill City. As of 10:20 p. m. Lakeside Drive was closed, according to Lynchburg Police. Officials are asking all drivers to avoid the area. The road is shut down in the area of Moormans Drive all the way to Breckenbridge/College.
