A Japanese fishing vessel collided with a Russian ship on Wednesday off Japan’s Hokkaido island, the maritime rescue center in the Far Eastern Russian city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk said. The ships collided, the center’s staffer said. This is the Japanese zone.
