Jewell Planning Permanent and Loan Deals in January Saturday, 24th Dec 2011 09:05 Town boss Paul Jewell says he wants to make both permanent and loan signings during the January transfer window and revealed that he has already made a couple of enquiries regarding unnamed targets. The Blues manager said: “We want to improve the squad. We want to bring in permanent signings if we possibly can and there might be one or two loan signings. “Whether we can do that in the early part of January or the late part of January once again depends on lots of things – finances, clubs agreeing a fee, agents agreeing players’ terms.
