Two Eastie Restaurants Featured in New Digital Cookbook – East Boston Times-Free Press

Two restaurants that have made a name for themselves outside the borders of East Boston are now featured in The Food Lens’ first digital cookbook “Dining in Boston”.  The Food Lens, an online dining resource that helps readers discover the best food, drink, and happenings in Boston, has included a recipe each from Angela’s Cafe and Tawakal Halal Cafe in Eastie.  The Food Lens’ founders Molly Ford and Sarah Jesup also compiled more than 38 other recipes from the area’s best chefs and restaurants in an effort to bring their readers a new way to experience local dining at home during Covid-19.
