General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 27, teases that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will call out for help now that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) has had a seizure.
Chase left Willow perplexed with all that talk about being married before his eyes rolled back in his head. It’s obvious the toxin Chase was exposed to is messing with his mind now.
Of course, the most pressing issue here is stopping this seizure and making sure Chase is stable again. At GH, Willow will be an emotional wreck as she worries about Chase, whose medical nightmare will continue.
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will continue to give Chase the best care he can, but he can’t fix this without a proper antidote – and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has gone to great lengths to make sure this one can’t be recreated.

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of April 26-30 tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will worry about the threat Peter August (Wes Ramsey) continues to pose.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will deliver alarming news about some deadly danger and count on Maxie to meet with Peter as a temporary fix.
Of course, Maxie will know that’s not going to satisfy Peter. She’ll fret over Peter’s growing obsession and know how important it is to keep her baby as far away from Peter as possible.
Although Maxie may agree to this meeting for the sake of keeping the peace and preventing disaster, she’ll know she has to work out the details of her baby scheme ASAP.
This week, General Hospital will be filled with must-watch episodes all five days.
With May sweeps beginning next week, this is the lead-in viewers have been waiting to see come to fruition. Several storylines will propel forward, and a few unexpected turns will pop up.

When Carly (Laura Wright) meets Brick (Stephen A. Smith), plans are being made. Stepping up to make decisions while Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton) are out of the picture has caused her to make several rash decisions. She isn’t great under pressure, and her latest idea of having her best friend stabbed to help him escape was a bit much.
General Hospital is heating up ahead of May sweeps.
Jax (Ingo Rademacher) tracked Nina (Cynthia Watros) to Nixon Falls, and he was steps away from where “Mike” (Maurice Benard) was.
As he attempted to reconcile with Nina and tell her he struck a deal with Michael (Chad Duell) about seeing Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) again, a would-be armed robber approached them.
