(Reuters) - Casino operator Crown Resorts Ltd on Monday said Western Australia state had extended the time given to a Royal Commission probing operations at its Perth casino to March 2022.

The move comes after Victoria state last month said it would give additional time and funding to a separate Royal Commission that is probing Crown s operations in that state, to allow it to investigate a wider range of matters.

The Commonwealth and states have revealed themselves unwilling to share valuable COVID-19 vaccine doses after the New South Wales government was left wanting in its urgent request for additional supply as the state battles a growing outbreak of the Delta variant.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian on Friday morning announced she would be calling on the federal government to provide greater access to the Pfizer vaccine and appealing to her interstate counterparts at the National Cabinet meeting to redirect their supply to NSW.
