(ASX:BNO) has announced that it plans to conduct a registered initial public offering of shares in the US and a listing on Nasdaq. The company said the number of shares and the price of the proposed offering have not yet been determined. It said the proposed offering is expected to commence after the US Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review process of a registration statement relating to the proposed offering that the company intends to file, and subject to market and other conditions, including the effectiveness of the Registration Statement and shareholder approval under Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) Listing Rule 7.1.
