Stephen Broderick was arrested on Monday morning walking along US 290
He killed his wife Amanda, daughter Alyssa and Alyssa s boyfriend Willie
Last June, Broderick was arrested for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl
Police never named the child sex assault victim but they did say it was a family member whose mother reported the crime
He was bonded on $50,000 and told to stay 200ft away from his daughter Alyssa
In family court, Amanda said she feared he would seek revenge on her and the kids because the allegation had been made public
Amanda fought his release, saying he was SWAT trained and knew how to hurt someone
