KINGSTON Kingston is moving toward becoming the first municipality in Ontario to ban the practice of conversion therapy.
Not satisfied with the proposed legislation in front of Parliament, or at least concerned it would be watered down before becoming law, city councillors went further than the motion that was originally put before them on Tuesday night.
