The family of an Oklahoma toddler is demanding justice after they say the child died in the care of two acquaintances.
Family of Zavien Kinyon told News 9 the couple who watched the 2-year-old claims the boy fell off a bunk bed.
Kinyon s grandma said the toddler sustained a severe head injury and then passed away three days later.
The couple watching Kinyon, the Blackerbys, are not charged with any crime. But Kinyon s family does not believe this was an accident.
Family and other people that know the Blackebys reached out to News 9. Multiple people claimed to have seen evidence of past abuse with other kids.
