Reports of shots fired led to a vehicle pursuit and the arrest of two people, according to Laredo police.
Officers responded to a shots fired report at about 7 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West Plum Street. Minutes later, police received information about a silver Chevy passenger car with damage from gunshots that was located at the Juarez-Lincoln Juarez International Bridge.
