The 2021 Siren Awards, celebrating the best in radio advertising, will be hosted by 2Day FM breakfast’s Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes.
Commercial Radio Australia announced the 17th annual Sirens will take place in Sydney on June 3 at The Beresford, with eight finalist creative agencies battling it out for the Gold Siren Award on the night.
The finalists this year have been revealed as BMF, M&C Saatchi, Showpony Advertising, WhiteGrey, Wunderman Thompson, Eardrum, Isobar Australia and Rare.
Nominated works are for clients including Aldi Australia, Tourism Tasmania, Baiada (Lilydale/Steggles), the South Australian Department of Human Services, ING Bank Australia and Project Ningaloo.
Aldi Australia has launched a new Market Buy range featuring seasonal fruits and vegetables with minor imperfections.
The range was introduced in bid to assist farmers and is part of Aldi s commitment to send zero food waste into landfill by 2025. The Market Buy range empowers farmers to sell more of their crops and avoid edible produce from going to waste, Aldi said in a statement.
