Nancy L. (Beach) Shope
Nancy L. (Beach) Shope, 66, of Mill Hall passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her residence.
Born October 2, 1954 in Lock Haven she was a daughter of the late Raymond M. and Geraldine (Hill) Beach.
Nancy was married to Clair L. Shope for twenty-one years (together for over 30) who survives.
She worked at Walmart, Fashion Bug and was a former manager at Big Wrangler Steak House in Mill Hall.
Nancy attended Hillview Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed hunting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are her loving husband; three sons, Leroy T. Young, Jr. of Lock Haven, Raymond L. (Nadira) Young of Scarsdale, NY and David R. Young of Lock Haven and two daughters, T. Nicole Young and Mariah R. Shope of Mill Hall.

LOCK HAVEN Leadership Clinton County this year celebrates its 21-year anniversary, and M&T Bank one of the original sponsors continues to see the value in the leadership development program by sponsoring since its inception.

A brief high-speed pursuit through Loyalsock Township with state police late Thursday night ended when motorist Wykir Richardson lost control of his 2021 Toyota Rav4, which jumped the curb and struck a guardrail at Four Mile Drive and Warran Avenue, according to court records.
Richardson, 19, of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, bailed out of the SUV and took off running as did his two passengers, but all three were quickly nabbed, police said.
One passenger, not identified in court papers, was taken by ambulance to UPMC Williamsport to be treated for injuries he suffered in the 11:30 p.m. crash.

Nancy L. Shope, 66, of Mill Hall passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Helt Funeral Chapel, Mill Hall.

William G. Doebler, 47, of 962 W. Fourth St., Lock Haven, died April 17, 2021. Born June 11, 1973 in Lock Haven, he was the son of Thomas L. and Sharon A. Barto Doebler, who survive in Rote.
Bill was a 1991 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and attended Penn State Harrisburg studying electronics and computers. He worked for IBM as an installer. Bill was a member of the Rote United Methodist Church, La Belle Lodge 232, F &AM, Jersey Shore, Pa., American Legion Post 131, V.F.W. Post 1630 and the Sons of Italy all of Lock Haven, Pa.
Bill served in Co. C, 1st BN., 95th Div. U. S. Army. He enjoyed model airplanes, was an Ultra Light Pilot, hunting, archery, fishing and animals.
