Arkansas had it s challenges in 2020 with the heavy rainfalls in the spring, delayed planting and hurricanes during the growing season and at harvest, according to Andrew Grobmyer. COVID-19 and pandemic recovery dominated an already busy election year for the Agricultural Council of Arkansas.
