2021 Travelers Championship Generates More Than $2 Million for Charity

The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRV ) today announced that the 2021 Travelers Championship generated more than $2 million for 112 charitable organizations. Since Travelers became title sponsor in 2007, the tournament has generated $22.5 million for more than 800 nonprofits across the region.

Six-time major champion Phil Mickelson has joined the Travelers Championship's 2021 players field, his second time playing in the tournament.
Mickelson won the 2021 PGA championship this year, becoming the oldest major winner in tour history and first player to win a major after age 50. The golfer made his first appearance at the Travelers Championship in 2019.
The tournament will be held at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell June 23 through June 27. Organizers are expecting about 10,000 people each day, including players, tournament staff, fans and others.
The Travelers Championship will be welcoming back fans this year, announcing Friday that tickets will go on sale May 25.

They will be available in two pricing tiers: grounds tickets cost between $50 and $70 ($50 for Wednesday, $65 for Thursday and Friday and $70 for Saturday and Sunday), and courtyard tickets cost between $150 and $280 ($150 for Wednesday, $260 for Thursday and Saturday and $280 for Friday and Sunday).
