京A x Hatsune Hokkaido Party!

Ringing in April with a dreamy one-night-only collab. We’re teaming up with our old friends at Hatsune to launch our Hokkaido Classic lager with a kitchen takeover featuring 5 delicious Japanese snacks and two sushi rolls. The two of us go way back. Hatsune s owner and founder Alan Wong was a key figure in the creation of the  Koji Red Ale, and we’d been plotting a Hokkaido-inspired lager for almost a year. Our unique take on it features sushi rice in the mix, and quirky Hokkaido-grown Sorachi Ace hops for notes of dill and lemon. It’s a crisp, aromatic delight and we can’t wait for everyone to try it.
