Letter: Where are all the leaders? After reading Thursday’s article about the mayoral candidates, I must ask where are all the qualified community leaders? On the Allen Lima Leadership website it states in their thirty year history, more than seven hundred people have taken leadership classes and graduated. These graduates should be ready and willing to help the community. Whether it’s running for school board, trustees, city and village councils, mayor etc. we need qualified candidates. The only contest that has had any interest in recent history was the Allen County Commissioner race where many candidates were willing to run for office.

Putnam, Hancock, Mercer counties on Level 3; others on Level 2

Putnam at Level 2, Allen and Auglaize drop to Level 1 LIMA Roadways in the region are passable, as area counties downgraded their snow emergency levels.
