A RECENT Looking Back photograph brought the memories flooding back for reader Jim Robinson. In Wednesday’s daily Looking Back page in the Lancashire Telegraph we carried a photo showing the demolition of the old Darwen End stand at Blackburn Rovers Ewood Park ground in 1993. Having recently been promoted to the Premier League the club was setting out to transform the ground and by 1995 would be celebrating lifting the Premier League trophy.
