Burglary: Sitting in the living room of their home in the 700 block of Flamingo Drive, a couple was startled when they heard a loud noise coming from the garage. Immediately after, the man and woman said they looked out and saw an individual strolling across their front yard. They did not pursue the perpetrator. After a quick inventory of their garage they realized a pair of speakers and a tool kit had been stolen. The two items were worth approximately $160. Other than to say the perpetrator had on a white shirt, the couple could provide no better description and said they would not be able to identify him. Though they had a surveillance camera in the garage, it malfunctioned and did not record the incident.
