I Still Believe is already headed to VOD, just two weeks after hitting theaters.
The movie, which also stars
Britt Robertson, was released on March 13th, just days before movie theaters around the country shut down due to the coronavirus.
Now fans who didn’t catch it in theaters will be able to watch from home on March 27th.
Lionsgate announced that the company still supports a theatrical release window, but this is obviously an extraordinary circumstance as current movies are unable to be viewed in theaters.
“The theatrical experience is core to our business, and exhibitors are our integral partners and allies. With theaters closed nationwide due to these unprecedented events, we want to continue to make I Still Believe available to consumers. We’re enormously proud of the movie that the Erwin Brothers created and are grateful to be able to share it with audiences for their home viewing pleasure,” Lionsgate chairman
