The Fourth of July is right around the corner, meaning its time for all manners of Seattle backyard barbecues, cooling dips at local swimming holes and of course, dazzling fireworks shows.
Although Seafair won t be lighting up the skies over Lake Union, there are plenty of other fireworks displays around Puget Sound for the patriotic holiday. And unlike last year s festivities, which were largely canceled or held online during the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person gatherings are allowed this year after the state fully reopened on June 30.
