Tennessee linebacker Aaron Beasley was suspended indefinitely Monday after he was accused of animal cruelty involving an incident with a 6-month-old cat.
“We have received the incident report from the Knoxville Police Department. Aaron Beasley has been suspended indefinitely from all football team activities as we await further information,” a statement released by the school read.

Aaron Beasley is a linebacker for Tennessee who just got suspended by Josh Heupel for getting arrested for animal abuse. Beasley allegedly abused a six month old kitten owned by his girlfriend s roommate. The details are ugly and Mike gets into the details on Open Mike.

Tennessee football player Aaron Beasley has been accused of animal abuse after allegedly injuring a six-month-old kitten, per TMZ Sports.
The cat s owner filed a report with the Knoxville Police Department, and the incident is under investigation, according to WBIR.
A GoFundMe page for the cat described the alleged incident in graphic detail. When I picked him up he screamed and couldn’t walk, come to find out my roomates boyfriend had hit and kicked him, locked him in the toilet bowl, and held him upside down by his tail, the description said.
The cat reportedly has brain damage, internal bleeding and is currently in an oxygen tank.
