Baseball America first began publishing their team Top 30 prospects in the late 1980’s. After several years of trial and error and building enough industry sources to combine them all they began putting together their Top 100 in 1990.
When the Dbacks and Rays began participating in the Rule IV amateur draft in 1996 their picks and international signees became eligible parts of the process.
Since celebrating the 25th anniversary list in 2015 several people have published their own versions of all time top 30 lists for various teams and this is my attempt here.
