The three-story structure, called Oak Grove Lofts, would have 12 two-bedroom and nine one-bedroom units and would be built next to the $19 million, 128-unit apartment and for-sale condo River Lofts building that will be going up this year.

Green Bay Press-Gazette OCONTO - An Oconto Falls man s explosive anger extended his time in prison by a decade but sentenced his daughter to a lifetime of therapy for a traumatic brain injury. Vincent Enneper, who claims he dropped then 3-month-old Elynn onto a hardwood floor at their Oconto Falls home to get her stop her crying, was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison for child abuse recklessly causing great bodily harm. “I’ll never be sure what you did to my daughter because I wasn’t there, but I didn’t need to be there to know you lost your temper,” his ex-wife, Jordan Enneper, told the court.
