FARGO Developer Jesse Craig has unveiled a new plan for a 21-unit brownstone building that would fill out the block he is developing with Enclave Companies next to the Red River in the Oak Grove neighborhood.
The three-story structure, called Oak Grove Lofts, would have 12 two-bedroom and nine one-bedroom units and would be built next to the $19 million, 128-unit apartment and for-sale condo River Lofts building that will be going up this year.

OCONTO - An Oconto Falls man s explosive anger extended his time in prison by a decade but sentenced his daughter to a lifetime of therapy for a traumatic brain injury.
Vincent Enneper, who claims he dropped then 3-month-old Elynn onto a hardwood floor at their Oconto Falls home to get her stop her crying, was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison for child abuse recklessly causing great bodily harm.
“I’ll never be sure what you did to my daughter because I wasn’t there, but I didn’t need to be there to know you lost your temper,” his ex-wife, Jordan Enneper, told the court.

Every month for the past decade, Scott Nicol, a 51-year-old artist and activist, has set out from his home in McAllen to roam the Rio Grande Valley in search of ladders used to scale the border wall in South Texas. On a cool and overcast day in early April, Nicol has centered his hunt on an eight-mile stretch of border between the towns of Hidalgo and Granjeno, where an Obama-era wall meets up with a newly constructed piece of Trump’s wall.
The first stop of the day brings him to a dirt field behind a flea market in Hidalgo. A pair of green and white Border Patrol SUVs are parked atop the eighteen-foot-high concrete levee wall, next to a section of bollard-style fence with a closed gate, their noses pointed toward the Rio Grande.
