COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio â Aaron Kinsel, a sanitation driver for waste management company Rumpke, was on a Wednesday morning route when he made a distressing discovery â a discarded backpack was moving along a Colerain Township road.
That s when Kinsel got out of his truck to investigate, according to a release from Rumpke.

On Wednesday morning, Aaron Kinsel was working his route in Colerain Township, outside Cincinnati, when he noticed a discarded backpack on the side of the road. After further investigation, he discovered an abandoned 10-week old puppy inside the bag, per a press release from Rumpke. I felt like I was meant to find her, Kinsel said.
According to the waste management company, the female boxer-mix was suffering from dehydration and a broken leg when Kinsel found her.

COLERAIN TWP., Ohio (FOX19) - A puppy is safe, and a Rumpke driver is being hailed a hero.
Earlier Wednesday, Aaron Kinsel was on his route in Colerain Township when he noticed a backpack that had been thrown out. While it probably looked like a normal backpack, Kinsel noticed something was moving inside of it, according to the company’s social media post.
