As well as putting her all into her job as a Healthcare Assistant, she’s spent her free time crocheting personalised blankets for the residents as well! Registered Manager at Gwen Walford and Hampton Grange Nursing Homes, Dan Bridges, wanted to commend Michelle for showing her commitment and passion. “She’s very dedicated to her role and this just proves she has the residents’ best interests at heart. Building relationships with the residents is very important for our staff members and the wellbeing of the residents. This is really fantastic to see, Michelle has really shown that she shares the Rotherwood Healthcare company values as well as being a very thoughtful gesture.”

The Brandon School Division board of trustees passed several motions during Monday’s regular meeting to help lay the groundwork for the next couple of school years.
To kick things off, the board approved their proposed budget dates for the 2022-23 school year, which will take place Feb. 17, 2022 (budget presentations), Feb. 22, 2022 (budget deliberations), Feb. 28, 2022 (public budget consultation) and March 7, 2022 (final budget approval).
Of course, these dates could be subject to change based on the provincial funding announcement made prior to Jan. 31, 2022.
